Our Story

Founded in 2022, Zumos began with a vision to revolutionize the way people experience fresh produce, to connect our clients to their food by creating a bridge between local farmers and consumers who value quality and flavor. What started as a modest initiative has blossomed into a thriving business that proudly sources its produce from a network of trusted farmers. Despite our growth, our core values remain steadfast: dedication to freshness, respect for the environment, and a genuine love for what we do. Our commitment to quality and integrity drives us to ensure that every piece of produce we deliver meets the highest standards, serving communities far and wide with the finest fruits and vegetables.

Founder 

Founded by Chef Hiloni Goradia, who has a Masters in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Birmingham, her specialization is in sustainable cuisine, always looking for new ingredients that are healthy and full of flavor. She has operated a restaurant with her sister in India and created an app in the UK, focusing on carbon emissions and their environmental impact, winning many grants. 

She believes that plant-based foods are the future, with them being flavourful, healthy, and sustainable. She hopes to introduce her customers to this massive world of Mushrooms, Microgreens, Edible Flowers & Heirloom Fruits & Vegetables. Zumos was born & the rest is history!
