We currently deliver only within Mumbai. Deliveries to specific areas are subject to our delivery network coverage.
Delivery Timelines
Orders placed on Zumos are typically delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. Our delivery timings are subject to slot availability and operational constraints. If Delivery is required at a particular time, please reach out to us at sales.zumos@gmail.com
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders above 999/. For orders below this threshold, a nominal delivery fee may apply. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their order status by logging into their Zumos account or contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Process
- Once an order is placed, it is processed internally.
- Our delivery team will pick up and pack the order for dispatch.
- Orders are dispatched for delivery within the specified timeframes.
- Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Attempt
Our delivery team will make reasonable attempts to deliver the order to the provided address. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address, our team will contact you to reschedule or clarify the details.
Quality Assurance
We take utmost care to ensure the freshness and quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with any product received due to quality concerns, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for resolution within 24 hours of delivery.
Return & Refunds
In case our members, due to some reason, are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, applicable 24 hours after delivery, we will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned product which will be credited back to you through bank transfer or your preferred mode of payment. This is applicable only when subsequent proof (photos, video) is provided and verified.
If a non-delivery occurs on account of your mistake (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Zumos for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
